Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Sourichant Notary Network ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our notary services, website, and any other interactions you have with us.
1. Services Provided
We offer notary services including, but not limited to: Real Estate Notarization, Mobile Notary Services, Apostille & Authentication, Legal and Court Document Notarization, Business and Corporate Notarization, and Jail and Detention Center Notary Services. All services are provided in compliance with U.S. laws and the jurisdiction in which the notary is commissioned.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding legal agreements. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A cancellation fee may apply.
4. Identification Requirements
All signers must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service.
5. Mobile Services
Travel fees may apply for mobile services. Fees will be disclosed during booking.
6. Limitations of Service
Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. We are not responsible for the legality of your documents.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sourichant Notary Network is registered.
